David Cooley

Performing before hundreds of thousands of people during his career, David Cooley has been called one of the most versatile entertainers anywhere.  Throughout his native Pacific Northwest and beyond, David's remarkable voice has evoked smiles, laughter and tears from Seattle to Portland to Tokyo.

He began his career in his early teens performing in elaborate musicals like Hello Dolly and knew immediately he wanted to be in show business.  He began his pop music career by embracing the dynamic sounds of the 70s and 80s as he became an accomplished, self-taught piano player.  Next, he performed in two-60s show bands impersonating Little Richard before he started his own band featuring the great crooners of the 1940s and the explosive rock, blues & boogie artists that defined pop music into the new millennium.

Performing for the military across the Pacific, on four major cruise lines, playing shows with the Beach Boys, The Shirelles, Chubby Checker and Bobby Vee his career took off with such a demand he had to turn down bookings.

Today David performs night clubs, weddings, conventions and private affairs locally and abroad with a combination of his original music and hit songs from Sinatra to Springsteen and beyond.  David also has his own community outreach program assisting with music and theater in schools and playing for seniors. www.davidcooley.com
